The Last Days
So, my time in Peru is to an end... and it has been wonderful. This last week was spent in Carabayllo, with the San Martin community, laying a floor, fixing the play park, painting and playing with the children. On the Wednesday, we had a party in the new community centre, and danced the afternoon away to some traditional Peruvian beats. Last night saw all the students gathered together to discuss environmental issues, and tonight AGEUP are having "something" for us. I leave tomorrow as the STEP guys go on a short holiday. More details reflections later... but for now, I'm off to eat some guinea pig!
